At عود عربي (OudArabi), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns of opened items within 7 days if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
• Returned within 14 days of delivery (for unopened items)
• Returned within 7 days of delivery (for defective or damaged items)

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
• Opened perfumes that have been used (unless defective)

1. Contact Customer Service

   Contact our customer service team at returns@oudarabi.com or call +971556271883 to initiate your return.

2. Receive Return Authorization

   Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions.

3. Package Your Return

   Securely package the item in its original packaging along with the RA# and your order information.

4. Ship Your Return

   Ship your return to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refund Processing

   Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
